The Analysis phase

If you have the opportunity to access this free Strategic Video Call, that means that your e-commerce has the characteristics to significantly scale up its sales.

During the video call, we’ll take a closer look at your e-commerce and growth goals.

The goal is to get to know each other, set goals and plan all the various steps in the best possible way.

In this phase you will be able to ask us any questions you may have to help dispel any doubts.

You will also have a first estimate of the total investment of the project.

We create the basis for the Growth phase

The Growth phase is divided into 2-week work cycles called Waves.

Every Wave always begins with a Growth Meeting: a call between you and us.

During the meeting, a report of the results and the data acquired is made by analyzing the reports in real-time and the activities of the next Wave are selected.

During the 2 weeks of each Wave, new experiments are launched, new campaigns are launched, and new assets and strategies are created.

The video call takes place on Google Meet.

Our services are designed to have a significant impact on the growth of your company, so the investment is not low.

The fees will depend on the project. The free Strategic Video Call will provide you with an investment estimate for the Setup and Growth phase.

Do not complete the survey if your agency budget (for the Growth phase) is less than £5000 per month.

In the first contract, the growth phase has a duration of 3 months, meanwhile the following contracts last 6 months.

This is because results take time.

The first 3-month contract also allows us to get to know each other better, without undergoing a longer 6-month commitment.

The Growth phase is divided into cyclical periods of 2 working weeks called Waves.

Every Wave always starts with a Growth Meeting.

During the meeting, a report of the results and the data acquired is made by analyzing the reports in real time, as well as selecting the activities for the following Wave.

During the 2 weeks of each Wave, experiments and new campaigns are launched, while new assets and strategies are created.

Reports are obviously provided at the end of each Wave.
